Alex and the team completely saved my hair today after I had a colour done elsewhere that left my hair too blonde. My hair looks absolutely amazing now, exactly what I wanted in the first place. Today was my second visit to Salon express at Subiaco, at the end of Oct 2025 I went in for a t-section of foils & a trim. I was greeted at the desk by Lani who was extremely informative, helpful & friendly. She suggested Will who was amazing, best cut I have had in years! Lovely colour as well. Fast forward to today & I had another wonderful experience with Lani & Will, so glad I have found them. While I was waiting there were two foreign women also waiting, they asked me how it worked as in with no appointment & prices. Afterwards they told me it was a great place to make friends as everyone was very friendly & helpful. :)

I took my frail, elderly mum (who is a palliative care patient at Hollywood Hospital) for a trim and colour and she was very happy with the cut and colour from Kana. I was very impressed with the kindness shown to my mum. Kana was so patient with her, taking time to listen to mum and advising her on colour choice. Then the young man who shampooed mum's hair gave her a lengthy head massage, leaving her feeling pampered and relaxed. Thank you so much for going beyond the usual hair salon service.
